Sage Leaf Tea
Sage leaf tea is a strong tasting tea with many various health benefits. Some of its uses are detoxifying, soothing menopausal symptoms, triggering hunger and reducing bad cholesterol (LDLs), improving digestion, fights colds and flus and killing bacteria.
Brewing Instructions: Pour 8-12 oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep 5-10 minutes. Enjoy alone or sweeten to your taste.
