Organic Gotu Kola Tea

Gotu Kola Herb is native to the tropical regions of Asia and Africa, particularly Sri Lanka and Madagascar. Research would seem to support the wound healing claims of gotu kola; studies have indicated that triterpenoids boost antioxidant levels in the wounds and improve blood supply to affected areas. It has a bittersweet taste and is often combined with other memory boosting herbs like ginko balboa.

Uses: It may help anxiety, sexual potency, venereal disease, skin disorders, menstrual disorders, leprosy progression, wound healing, diarrhea, and low energy. 

Brewing Instructions: Pour 8-12 oz. of boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep 5-10 minutes. Enjoy alone or sweeten to your taste.
